YIS Home Days Parade

This year The Young Innovators' Society (YIS) will have a float in the Solon Home Days Parade, taking place Sunday, July 31st. (meetup time 11:30 am at Arthur Road Elementary, parade at 1 pm)

This year's theme is "A Space Odyssey", so we thought we would build a float that would look like Mars and have our YIS kid members be "martians". We will supply the antenna and candy. The kids just have to wear their orange YIS shirts and help throw candy to the crowd.

On Friday, July 29th, we will be putting the float together at Mike Ferris' house from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.
